Every support worker completes an NDIS Worker Screening Check and national police check before their first shift, with first-aid and CPR training kept current. Workers delivering high-intensity supports complete additional training aligned to the NDIS High Intensity Support Skills Descriptors, with competencies overseen by our nursing team.
No anonymous roster. Every person accountable for your care is named, pictured and introduced on our team page — before they ever knock on your door.
