Living independently with the right support
What's included

How we support you

Supported Independent Living (SIL) gives you the right level of help to run your own home and life, whether you live alone or share with others.

We shape your support around your goals and routines, with as much or as little assistance as you need — including overnight and 24/7 options.

High support needs

24/7 SIL for high physical support needs

MAYIM provides Supported Independent Living for participants with high-intensity, round-the-clock support needs — including people living with quadriplegia and other spinal cord injuries, severe cerebral palsy (GMFCS Levels IV and V), traumatic brain injury, MND and other advanced neurological conditions.

That means rosters built for hoist use and two-person transfers, active overnight support where your plan calls for it, workers trained in high-intensity daily personal activities, and clinical oversight from our community nursing team for seizure management, PEG feeding, catheter care and pressure-injury prevention.

Where we help

Supported Independent Living across our locations
