That means rosters built for hoist use and two-person transfers, active overnight support where your plan calls for it, workers trained in high-intensity daily personal activities, and clinical oversight from our community nursing team for seizure management, PEG feeding, catheter care and pressure-injury prevention.
Available in every community we serve — Melbourne, Ballarat, Bendigo and Albury–Wodonga.
